The Mira de Aire Caves discovered in 1947, are the largest in Portugal and are certainly a great option for those looking for a different tour. With 11km of extension , of which 600m can be visited, the caves were elected as one of the 7 Natural Wonders of Portugal. Their formation goes back 150 million years to the Middle Jurassic age, when the dinosaurs populated this region. Their footprints can be seen here today.  Before your return to Lisbon, visit one of the seven most wonders of Portugal in Batalha City, its magnificent monastery, honored with UNESCO World Heritage status.

NAZARÉ BIG WAVES  

Nazaré is one of the most popular seaside resorts in the Silver Coast (Costa da Prata), Portugal. The Big Waves season in Nazare - Portugal, is between October and March (winter season in Portugal, but April works too in some years). Nevertheless, because this is a private tour, it can be changed to best suit your preferences. After a tour of the village, you will go to the wave watching site where the waves can be fully enjoyed for as long as you wish. Included is a visit to Forte Sao Miguel Arcanjo, which is the closest to the waves you can get without having to suit up and swim. You will then lunch in one of the many seafood restaurants, preferably the one where McNamara himself always eats and where some of the best fish and seafood in the world can be tasted. After lunch (inclued in the price), and depending on the tides, there may be some more time to watch the waves or return to Lisbon by the coastline where some of the best sea landscapes can be seen.

FÁTIMA & NAZARÉ & OBIDOS

Soak up the historic atmosphere, taste the famous cherry liqueur in chocolate cup and take in sweeping views from the city ramparts before returning to Lisbon. SINES
Enjoy visits Sines on the beautiful Alentejo Coast, 160 km south of Lisbon, affords a rewarding 9 hours tour experience. Cross the 25 April Bridge in the direction of the South of Portugal and Alentejo coast. The Alentejo coast is a beautiful part of Portugal, especially around Vicentina Coast Natural Park. Discover the impressing Alcacer do Sal and Santiago de Cacem castles and enjoy some memorable views over the cities. Then visit Sines an old fishing town best known in Portugal as the birthplace of the explorer Vasco da Gama. See Vasco da Gama’s statue, with its square-like silhouette, faces the sea just a next to Sines Castle. After lunch drive through the Alentejo Coast in the direction of Troia Peninsula, took the ferry to cross the Sado estuary to Setubal with luck see the dolphins. Then, cross Vasco da Gama Bridge, the longest bridge in Lisbon and Europe that a cross over the Tejo River. ERICEIRA SURFING 

Surf spots in Ericeira Portugal Ericeira is often seen as the surf capital of Portugal and offers an impressive variety of surf spots, crammed into just a few kilometers of coast. In 2011 Ericeira was chosen a World Surfing Reserve, the only one in Europe.  Foz do Lizandro and Sao Juliao are typical beach breaks and perfect for beginners. Praia do Sul also provides some beginner possibilities if the conditions are right. Both Foz do Lizandro and Praia do Sul are within walking distance from Ericeira Surf House. The Magic seaweed, Ericeira is a very consistent year-round surf destination. With a swell consistency of minimal 56%, it’s actually one of the most consistent surf spots on the South Atlantic coast.  This makes Ericeira your best bet, especially in the summer.This Tour will take you also on a lovely cruise along the beaches of the Ericeira.

SAGRES & LAGOS 
 Southwest Coast

Cross the 25 April Bridge and continuing along the Alentejo coast around Vicentina Coast Natural Park. Before arriving Sagres, discover the west coast of Portugal, like Vila Nova de Milfontes, São Teotónio, Odemira, Aljezur and see some of Portugal's finest beaches such as Zambujeira do Mar. Arriving Sagres enjoys Algarve’s delicious seafood-prominent regional cuisine (lunch included). Visit the main tourist attraction of Sagres: Cape St. Vicent & Sagres Fort. On return to Lisbon stop in Lagos and see the view site of Ponta da Piedade behind the lighthouse, to view stretches from Cape St-Vincent to the west to Cape Carvoeiro in the east and shop at Lagos City Center.
